First timer here and I decided to go with the ES Commute…happy I did! Purchasing experience was fantastic…except they dinged me and extra $30 for a 5 minute introduction to the unit. I’d lose the surcharge on customer service fellas, just do your job.
Scooter itself is super fun and zippy enough. Definitely struggles up hills and the brakes take some time getting used to. Top speed is 25km which is fast enough for me and range seems good!
Out of the box it has been a solid choice so far. Excellent acceleration, braking, and contours well on uneven terrain. The solid tires feel great too. Overall ride is very comfortable yet sturdy. Well designed too, good portability, and enjoy the app-assisted controls like lighting customization. Overall, very satisfied.

It feels a little lighter and less powerful than what I'm used to with rentals, but it runs nicely and overall, I'm pleased
My first scooter, looks great works great! I bought it for the daily commute from Yonge and Eglinton to Islington station. Enough battery to make one way trip, goes down to 20-30%. Charging is also very reasonable and it is always fully charged for the ride home. Customer support was great for pick up and initial guidance. All the specs and info on the website are matching the real life. So far so good, I like it.
