I was walking down a flight of stairs and all of a sudden the strap broke apart and my scooter fell down a few stairs causing a plastic piece in the front wheel to break off. I would not recommend this strap on any scooter that costs good money. I learnt my lesson.

Good quality but the strap did not fit my Ninebot ES4, the return is easy and customer service is good.
Honestly, this handle strap has really made getting around so much easier and more convenient! It doesn't seem it will make that much of a difference in the beginning, but when I started carrying my scooter around using the strap versus without, I felt more comfortable and my arms weren't as strained, especially when I carried my scooter quite alot during the day. Definitely recommended!
I've been using my electric scooter for quite some time and the handle strap is a good accessory to have. It doesn't seem like a big difference but trust me, it honestly makes carrying around the scooter much easier than without!
